Here is the msn conversation started by Filipe the day he decided that he wanted to remove the Metapsychic Records homepage, two days before Martin went to Ukraine. This happened after he changed the passwords on all our accounts and kicked Vassilis from the label. He had said that he would run the label with Martins help and a few other people he had “recruited”. During this time Martin hadnt recived the passwords (even though Filipe said he would). So he was the only guy that could log-on to ALL of our accounts.

The thing with me telling Filipe that I will release the P! album is because to make Filipe realize what he has done to Metapsychic, to me and Vassilis when he took over everything WE had worked on. To make him understand that something you have worked on hard will just be gone the next second. Me and Vassilis are no producers, we are merely listeners and mangers of this label. But without such people a label would not be possible to run and vice versa, without artists a label would not be possible.

But as you can see, even after this “warning” that I would release his album for free he still deleted the Metapsychic website. On top of all when he goes public he denies that he has done such actions like chaning the passwords and removing the website. Here is the extract of the “conversation” on psynews:

So he denies that he removed the webpage but as you can see in the msn log HE removed it. But when he goes public he wants me to take the blame for removing the webpage Vassilis and myself have worked on. “I didnt remove anything nor even i have access to anything and you know that very well... that is in your conscience .” Yet again he lies when he goes on public forums to get people to “feel sorry for him”.

About his MySpace Vassilis have explained this in his personal statement but what is funny here is “He could take the meta passwords but not interfering with my personal life” First he says he didnt have the passwords now he says he has them and i could take them back from him. This contradiction in his actions is in my eyes self explainatory. I couldnt take the meta passwords since he didnt give me them. It was only trough the recovery of the Metapsychic MySpace that we could recover all the passwords. Even though he said he would get them back to me.

Here is the other contradiction “i´ve changed MY LABEL PASSWORDS for my security” He changed HIS label passwords (he said publicly he didnt have the passwords) why change the passwords for the label if you arent involved in that label anymore? He was only out to hurt his “friends” in this issue and when he took the passwords, read all the emails and saw what needed to be done with MetaRec he decided it was to much for him and said I could have the label back.

Yes our plans was to take MetaRec to a higher level where we would release our artists on CD’s, is this so bad? He FINALLY came to this conclution when he started reading the mails me and Vassilis had sent to eachother during the months he had been away. But he had already known of these plans since the second CD release would of been his P! album. He writes (after he deleted the webpage) that his plan was to give back MetaRec back to me and Vassilis, i find this discusting since in public he goes out with words of lies. If he had plans to give it back to us why delete the webpage two days before I went to Ukraine?

Ofcourse we “acted as two kids” he had stolen what was most presious to us both, the baby we had worked on so hard these years. What normal person wouldnt want to have their creation back that was stolen by the member not being involved in the label. Just like hes treathing with “IFPI - International Federation of Pirates Interests ( http://www.ifpi.org/ )” when im saying to him that i will release his album…

The psynews.org user Amnesia told him that the P! album is already out on DC (since october 28th) and here are the pictures: (picture1) & (picture2) + (.nfo) of that extract. Apparent on the size its not a quality release but still someone has leaked his album before we even started to have this dispute. This was just recently shown to me and Vassilis, when we where still working on getting P! album out on CD. His reaction towards this incident is “already? and i hope it gets gold.” Just in these words you see what thoughts he has about himself.

I sincerly hope everyone can see what this person is really up to and what hes all about. I want the whole truth to be shown to those interested to know it because the accusations towards me and Vassilis on public forums are nothing more than lies and contradictions in his own actions. We have no intension of putting out the P! album for free on the net even if he somehow deserve this in my eyes. I dont want to play this game on his dirty level out of respect to his new label and the people involved there even if they call us insane “The new friendly oldschool goa label totally free of insanity”. Since we know what kind of person Filipe really is and what he might have said to his new label. We where just in the same sittuation when he left SunTrip and told us a lot of disturbing stuff about what they had done to him. Thus he gained our sympathy and made us “hate” SunTrip for treathing a friend of ours this bad. We today know the truth about his issues with SunTrip and feel none of these feelings today.
